"It doesn’t matter how slow you go as long as you do not stop..."
This is something I think about a lot, especially when I’m out running.
I’ll be honest—running doesn’t come easy for me. I’m not the fastest, I don’t go the longest distances, and there are days when I feel like I’m barely moving. But you know what? I keep going.
Sometimes, I get stuck in my head, comparing myself to others or to where I think I should be. Maybe you’ve been there, too.
But here’s the thing: Progress isn’t about speed or perfection. It’s about showing up, taking the next step, and trusting that effort will add up.
Whether it’s running, building habits, or working toward any goal, small steps make a big impact over time.
So, let’s let go of perfection and keep moving forward, one step at a time. Because the only way to truly not get anywhere is to stop altogether. Every step counts, and those steps will take us further than we imagine.
