About Me
Hi, I'm Beth—a Certified Health Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition to my health coaching practice, I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, helping individuals enhance their physical health and achieve their fitness goals. With a passion for both nutrition and fitness, I take a holistic approach to wellness, guiding my clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes that support their overall well-being.
My Journey
I originally set out to become a dietitian, driven by my passion for nutrition and helping people improve their health. Through that path, I gained a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition—but I also saw how often people struggle to turn knowledge into consistent action.
That realization led me to health coaching.
Health coaching allows me to focus on the how—helping clients build habits, navigate real-life challenges, and create lasting change. It complements the science of nutrition by bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
