Health Coaching Program - How It Works

Health coaching at Wabi Sabi Living is structured in short, supportive phases to help you build consistency and sustainable habits — without committing to more than you need.

Health Launch Assessment

Kick Start Health Coaching Package Logo

A one-hour session designed to give us a clear starting point — using data, assessment, and coaching — so you know exactly how to move forward.

When completed as a standalone service, this assessment is $185.
Clients enrolling in a coaching program receive a reduced assessment rate of $125.

What happens during the session:

  • Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing to measure how many calories your body burns at rest

  • Review of your RMR results, including what the numbers mean and how they apply to you

  • Guided conversation about your nutrition, habits, routines, stress, and history

  • Discussion of what you want to work on and what feels hardest right now

  • Creation of initial goals and focus areas based on your data and needs

  • Personal training session voucher, redeemable for yourself or as a gift

Why this session matters:

  • Removes guesswork around calories, nutrition needs, and expectations

  • Helps explain why previous plans may not have worked, even when effort was there

  • Uses real data (RMR) instead of estimates or generic guidelines

  • Creates a starting point based on your habits, routines, and stress — not a template

  • Helps us focus on the right priorities first, instead of trying to change everything at once

  • Makes sure any coaching or training that follows is personalized and realistic

Foundational
Coaching

(6 Weeks)

Comprehensive Health Coaching Package Logo

All health coaching clients begin with a 6-week Foundational Coaching Cycle focused on Nutrition counseling, Habit-building, and Personalized Accountability.

 

This phase focuses on building consistency, clarity, and momentum with personalized support. 

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A Personalized Health Roadmap based on your goals and lifestyle.

  • Clear Daily and Weekly habits you can realistically maintain.

  • A better understanding of why certain patterns are hard — and how to work with them

  • Tools to stay consistent when motivation drops

  • Confidence in how to adjust instead of “starting over”

How support looks during this phase:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Accountability check-ins between sessions

  • Guidance across nutrition, movement, mindset, and behavior change

This phase is about building momentum — not fixing everything at once.

Integration
Phase

Once you’ve built a solid foundation, coaching shifts into the Integration Phase — focused on keeping your progress going into everyday life.

From there, we decide together which coaching rhythm fits best into your life right now.

Structured Integration

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Weekly goals across nutrition, habits, and routines, set and reviewed together

  • Unlimited check-ins between sessions

  • Ongoing nutrition counseling with frequent, real-time adjustments

  • Quicker, hands-on guidance when things come up unexpectedly

​What this looks like:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions every other week

  • Weekly goals across nutrition, habits, and routines, set and reviewed over time

  • Unlimited check-ins between sessions

  • Ongoing nutrition counseling, with adjustments made as patterns emerge

  • Support between sessions, with deeper review at scheduled check-ins

Both options include full coaching and nutrition counseling. The difference is how often we meet live and how quickly we can work through things together in session.

Personal Training Packages

1 In-Person Training Session + Weekly Workout Plan

Get one personalized, in-person training session each week tailored to your fitness level, goals, and preferences. You’ll also receive a full weekly workout plan to follow between sessions, built to keep you progressing safely and effectively. Perfect for those who want guidance, accountability, and structure.
