Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: I understand that life happens, and schedules can change! My goal is to be as flexible as possible while respecting both my time and the commitment we are making to your health journey. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the time slot to another client. You can reschedule directly through the booking system or by contacting me. Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit the session, depending on the circumstances. I encourage open communication, so if an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Lateness Policy: If you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. However, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
